A little about me 

Hi! I'm Joanne.

After 30 years at Microsoft, rising from entry level to executive, I am now a certified Life Coach for professional women.

Professional women have challenges that blend work and home in a unique way, it's much different then men's experience. We face imposter syndrome, mom guilt, difficulty standing up and advocating for ourselves, people pleasing and a myriad of other dynamics in addition to the traditional work-place difficulties of working with a challenging boss, unrealistic expectations, time management and so many others. 

 Throughout my journey, I’ve been a vocal advocate, actively championing for increased female representation in senior leadership roles across diverse industries. I want more women to achieve their work & life goals with more ease, joy, and fulfillment. 

I have faced many challenges that other working women face. I am a mom of two daughters and a wife of more than 30 years.
