Hi. I'm Joanne

I am a certified lifecoach through The Lifecoach School™. I bring three decades of experience from my tenure at Microsoft. My true passion lies in mentoring and coaching women, empowering them to achieve their career aspirations. Throughout my journey, I’ve been a vocal advocate, actively championing increased female representation in senior leadership roles across diverse industries.

I have also faced many challenges that other working women experience - imposter syndrome, mom guilt, time management issues, microaggressions, etc.. I overcame these challenges, and I have helped my clients overcome them, too.

I am a mom of two amazing daughters.

My Approach

I use a variety of tools and methods to create a customized coaching program that meets the needs and preferences of each client. Those tools may include a 360-degree feedback, skills assessments, career planning tools, and action plans.

I also provide ongoing support and accountability to ensure that the coaching outcomes are sustainable and impactful.
