I bring three decades of experience from my tenure at Microsoft, moving from entry level to the executive ranks. My true passion lies in mentoring and coaching women, empowering them to achieve their career aspirations. Throughout my journey, I’ve been a vocal advocate, actively championing increased female representation in senior leadership roles across diverse industries.
I have also faced many challenges that other working women face. I am a mom of two daughters and a wife of more than 30 years.
